Payment
Payment is accepted in full or by installment.
For installments, a minimum of 50% is required as a first payment.
Orders are delivered only after full payment is completed.
Cancellation and Returns
Once payment is made, cancellation is not allowed.
Refunds are not available after payment.
No returns or exchanges are accepted if the item is delivered in good condition and matches the provided photos.
Delivery
Delivery time is up to 3 weeks.
Delivery is free within Kuwait.
Any delay caused by shipping companies is beyond our control.
Address and Receiving Orders
Please ensure the delivery address and phone number are correct.
If there is no response when the courier arrives, the order will be returned to the store.
Redelivery will be arranged with an additional fee.
